Belinda has been hairdressing in Townsville for 30 years, the past 22 in her own salon, prior to Sizzas in 3 other very successful businesses around Townsville. From 2002, Belinda has attended four Redken Symposium's in Las Vegas, she also travelled to New York to attend creative colouring training at the Redken exchange with other Redken salon’s all over the world. In 2009 and 2011 Redken Business Summit in Melbourne.  2012, 2013 and 2014 Belinda with other staff members went to the Hair Expo in Sydney. She believes education is the key to her successful business. In 2013 the Salon relocated to new premises and went from Sizza’s Hair Studio to Sizza’s Hair and Beauty. She wanted a location where guest could have all hair and beauty treatments in the one location. 2014 took Belinda to another symposium in Mexico, another inspiring education session that gives extra edge to her career. She also underwent 8 weeks of intense Redken education to become a Redken certified Colourist that is world recognised. Belinda and the team regularly undergo make up, skin care and hair care training to make sure they are up with the today trends. Read more about this qualification HERE.  In 2018 Belinda decided to take on the challenge of a new location and brand becoming a stockist of Wella Professional, System Professional, EIMI and Invigo in order to further grow her knowledge and quality of the salon. Since beginning this journey with Wella, Belinda has undergone extensive training in product, styling, chemical and application. She was invited to attend Wella Red Forum "World In Colour" Seminar in Cambodia, where stylists from all over the world gathered to learn from guest stylists and share experiences. Belinda also attended a Wella Leadership Program this year to further her business and personal development skills.

Danielle has been in the hairdressing industry for the past 9 years, working in both large and small companies. My passion is working in smaller salons to give clients more of a personalised service.

In 2010 I participated in a hair competition, allowing me to travel and work alongside other stylists. Being involved with Sizzas will allow me to focus on competing in session styling and showcasing my skills to the highest level.

Danielle enjoys all aspects of hairdressing, and loves learning new skills to make her clients feel beautiful.

In the last 12 months Danielle has attended a range of training session to further update her skill level.

Allison

Allison has been in the Makeup and Hair Industry since 2016. Alli completed a Diploma Of Makeup Services and specialises in character creations and special effects makeup. Alli then focused on her career in Hairdressing by starting her apprenticeship in 2017.

The last 12 months has included training with Vision Blonde specialising in all types of blondes and new techniques. Men's haircuts and attending professional development seminars including Wella Suits to Slay Barbering and Grooming and Wella Sunday Style Sesh with Dion La Bella. Alli specialises in up-styles, braids and fashion colours.

I love being able to make people feel beautiful in their own skin whether it is with makeup or hair makeovers. I am passionate about creating a new look and style for everyone.

Trained with modern skincare in a Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 1985, Leesa has worked with industry brands over the years now specialising in “Image Skincare”, a wellness range that has medical effectiveness to deliver fast results.

Leesa has attended multiple beauty expos throughout the years including an intensive two day workshop at "IMAGE" head quarters as well as further personal and professional development. Leesa also has a Diploma in application of Natural Compatibles makeup.

Leesa specialises in special occasion makeup and lessons for mature aged ladies, microdermabrasion, warm stone massage and Image facials.

Leesa’s mantra is “treat people how I like to be treated.”
